Contact form

When you submit the contact form, I process your name, email address and the content of your message, solely for the purpose of replying to your enquiry and any follow-up communication. The legal basis is the controller's legitimate interest in handling your request, or steps taken to enter into a contract. I keep the data only for as long as needed to handle the communication, at most one year after it ends, and I do not pass it on to any other recipients for marketing purposes.

Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which verifies in the background that the form is being submitted by a human and not a bot. For this purpose the service processes technical data about your browser and device, including your IP address. The processing is carried out by Cloudflare, Inc. Technical operation of the website

The website runs on infrastructure provided by Cloudflare, Inc. and email communication is handled through the services of Seznam.cz, a.s. These providers may process technical data (such as IP addresses in operational logs) to the extent necessary. The website stores no tracking cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools.

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, and to object to the processing. You can exercise these rights through the contact form. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
